Self Confidence When Talking to Women
A simple rule of life is that the more you do something the more confidence you have doing it. So people ask me how do you have self confidence talking to women? By talking to allot of them, talk to every woman you meet, the hot 21 year old model and the grandmother on the street, remember the grandmother might have been a hot 21 year old model at one time.
Basically here is something you are going to have to accept, if you don’t have self confidence when talking to women you are not getting laid without moving to Asian and spending your time in the gogo bars with a fist full of cash.
How to build self confidence
So how do you get self confidence if you are little short on it at the moment, as we said above, talk to as many women as you can, but don’t just talk to them, practice, practice, practice. Use every opportunity you can find when talking to women to get comfortable and confident while speaking with them. Look at them and realize they are not a mythical creature that you can not touch and you will start to realize that no matter how hot the girl is that your talking to she is just a person. She has all the insecurities, dough, self confidence issues that you do.
You are going to need to rise above this though and as we always say if you don’t talk to her you are not going to get laid, no chance at all. If you do approach her you have increased your odds immensely, since you do have a chance now, no matter how small at the moment. Remember what we said before, when talking to women you job is not to impress them, your job is to draw them out and let them talk about themselves, all people love to talk about themselves and the more you can get her to do this the better chance you have for bedroom gymnastics with the stripper that you just met in the smoking area outside the bar.
Gaining self confidence
Self confidence is named perfectly, since it is what we think about yourself, if you think you are looser, you are. If you chance your perception about yourself though then you become that. So if you think of yourself as a sex god, guess what, your far more likely to act like and be one. Don’t over do this though you don’t want to come across as arrogant.
Clean yourself up before going out, very few things will make you feel good about yourself like putting on some decent cloth and smelling good. If your worried that your armpits stink since you forgot the deodorant you very unlikely to put your arm around the beautiful girl or ask her to dance.
This might sound silly but in the beginning look in the mirror, tell yourself that women like you, see yourself for who you are and don’t belittle yourself. You have great potential and need to focus on your success, learn from your failures then forget them. You stuck out with miss congeniality because you told her, thinking it would be funny, that you wet the bed until you were 18. Well so what, you learned not to do that again and you move on, NEXT. The whole thing to remember is while you are learning to be successful with women you are going to have some failures, you will feel rejected, and you will strike out. The important thing to remember is that there are multiple reasons you didn’t get to go home with her and she was not rejecting YOU, she was rejecting your approach and the way you came onto her, if it only happens once in a while then no big deal, if it is a regular occurrence, time to look closely and make some changes.
Some say the definition of insanity is to do the same thing, in the exact same way over and over and expect a different result. So if you keep finding yourself going home alone, time to shake it up.
The good news here, even if you stuffed it up with all the women in your local hangouts know this, there are ALLOT more out there. You could never possibly give a bad first impression to all of the women in your city yet lone country even if you made it your life’s mission.
Learn from your mistakes, try your new technique on the next one, and remember, you are a great catch, your just working your way to making them see that. Practice enough, don’t give up and you will soon be the expert.
